The page publishes length, height, barrel length, weight, capacity and trigger pull but no width; HK's SP5 Series operator's manual — the edition the page itself links (SP5-Series-Operators-Manual-6_16_20.pdf) — publishes all of those plus a 63 mm / 2.48 in width (p. 10). Because the dimensions row prints all three axes under one footnote, only the manual can back it (the Colt Python rule), so the manual is `defaultSource`. The two documents agree value for value on every figure they share — 452 mm/17.8 in, 220 mm/8.66 in, 225 mm/8.86 in, 5.1 lb (2500 g), 10/15/30 rounds and 6.74–10.11 pounds-force / 30–45 N — so this is a choice of footnote, not of value. THE TWO PUBLISHED WEIGHT FIGURES DO NOT RECONCILE, AND BOTH ARE RECORDED. HK prints "5.1 lb (2500 grams)" in the manual and "2500 grams 5.1 lb" on the page. 2500 g is about 5.51 lb (88.2 oz); 5.1 lb is about 2313 g. The gap is 187 g — larger than the VP9's ounce, and it looks like a dropped digit (5.51 to 5.1) — but this directory repairs nothing, so both stand. The 81.6 oz on the record is HK's 5.1 lb re-expressed in ounces, which is exact within one unit system (the Springfield Kuna's "4 lbs 10 oz" precedent), so it is not flagged `converted`; the published wording is in `basis`. The weight basis needs no inference: HK heads the row "Weight (without magazine)". THE OPERATING SYSTEM IS A SAME-TIER CONFLICT, AND THE CURRENT PRODUCT PAGE IS FOLLOWED. The product page says "the roller-delayed blowback operating system" in its description and again, as "the delayed roller locked blowback operating system", in a media caption; the December 3, 2019 launch release uses the first wording verbatim. The manual's SP5 specification table instead reads "Operating Principle: Recoil operated" with "Locking System: Roller-delayed blowback" (p. 10) — while the SP5K table on the same page gives "Operating Principle: Roller-delayed blowback", and the manual's own function chapter (p. 11) contrasts recoil-operated Browning designs ("including pistols like the HK USP series, HK45 series, P30 series") with delayed blowback, "In the case of the HK SP5 Series (and the HK MP5)". So the manual's SP5 table row contradicts the manual's own prose as well as the page. `operatingSystem` is `roller-delayed`, the value added for the Springfield Kuna, footnoted to the product page via `operatingSystemSource`, and `system` quotes the page's wording under `triggerActionSource: "product"`; the manual's "Recoil operated" row is disclosed here and not recorded. IGNITION COMES FROM THE MANUAL'S CYCLE OF OPERATION (p. 12): "The trigger is pulled and pushes up on the rear of the sear causing the front to move down releasing the hammer. The hammer falls to the firing pin" — the ignition mechanism described on its own axis, the standard the USP records met. TRIGGER ACTION IS UNSET: HK states no trigger mode for the SP5, and the manual's cocking description (the bolt rides over the hammer, the sear catches it) describes a mechanism rather than classifying it — reading single action off it would be the cross-axis inference the Hellcat and TaurusTX 22 records refused. "Single fire" appears only in the SP5K table, as the mode of fire. CAPACITY: 30 is standard because catalogue number 81000477 ships two 30-round magazines; 15 and 10 are the other capacities both documents publish. HEIGHT BASIS: HK does not say which magazine, if any, is fitted — on a pistol whose standard magazine is a 30-round stick, that is worth saying next to any other maker's height. Year introduced is 2019, from HK's release announcing "the US availability of the HK SP5", datelined December 3, 2019 — US availability, which is what this US-listed record tracks. Frame class is unset — HK publishes none. HK publishes an "SP5 Series" (hk-usa.com/hk-series/sp5-series/), not in the `Family` union, so `family` is unset pending a user decision. HK's international site lists an "SP5" under semi-automatic RIFLES, a different product under the same name, and is not used. Warranty is HK's class-scoped Lifetime Limited Warranty page, recorded with its conditions as on the VP9; the manual's own summary ("Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original retail (commercial/civilian) purchaser, one year for law enforcement and military customers") agrees. Also published and unrecorded for want of a schema field: a 260 mm / 10.2 in sight radius, 6 mm trigger travel and 3 mm return travel, a six-groove right-hand groove/land barrel with a threaded tri-lug adaptor (the "Navy barrel"), a fluted chamber, empty magazine weights of 180 g (30-round) and 110 g (10-round), and the $3,389 MSRP (the launch release gave $2,799).
